License Agreement

The License Agreement is a legal agreement between Customer (either an individual or a company) and MangoTemplates.com . The agreement covers the purchase and use of the Magento Themes (Products) developed by Mango Templates and Services associated with Products.

You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Mango Templates is the copyright holder of the template design.

License

General Information

Each Product comes with different license options. Customer selects a license option during the Products’ purchase or Products’ installation.

Our website grants you one type of license to use the web templates and other products (the "products") sold through our website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license"):

One Time Usage License

Regular (commercial) License of Products provides one license key to be used for installing the Product on one Magento installation. This license enables you to use the theme on a single magento installation, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template again if you to use the same design in connection with another or other projects. All Magento “websites” under one installation are covered by one license key.

The following restrictions apply to all license options:

• The Customer may not use any part of the Products’ code in whole or part in any other software or product.
• The Customer may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of Products to anyone. 
• The Customer may not place Products on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes.

License key also covers a number of sub-domains for testing and development purposes, you need to enter your staging domain before purchasing the theme

Part of the Products’ code under Regular (commercial) License is encrypted. Customer may not take any efforts to decrypt and/or change the encrypted code. Customer obtains the right to customize the open-sourced part of the code for personal use.

Products under Regular License need to be activated by means of a license file provided via e-mail after the purchase is completed .

Installation

Installation of all Products requires no special tools for installation, it is provided as archived (zip) files.

Compatibility

The Magento themes are compatible with the Magento editions and versions that are listed on the extensions' pages.

The compatibility between the extensions developed by Mango Templates is guaranteed. For some extensions this means correct work when they are installed on the same Magento installation/website, while others will compliment each other expanding their functionality.

No compatibility is guaranteed with any other 3rd party extensions or templates. They may or may not work correctly together. In case there is a conflict between two 3rd party extensions and/or templates, Mango Templates has no obligations of resolving the conflict. Conflicts' resolving in this case can be provided as a separate service at extra charge.

Refund Policy

Since MangoTemplates.com is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is 14 days after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.

No refund is provided for Services associated with Products; this includes Professional Installation, Support and Customization services.

Termination

License agreement remains effective until terminated.

License Agreement is terminated by mutual agreement when Customer receives refund for the Product and uninstalls it.

If Customer fails to use Products in accordance with the License Agreement, it constitutes a breach of the agreement, and Customer’s license to use the program will be revoked. Termination due to the violation of the Agreement License does not obligate Mango Templates to return Customers the amount spent for purchase of Products.
